About Mr. Coiner

Hello! My name is Mr. Brian Coiner and I am currently the 8th grade School Counselor. I have been a Counselor here at FRMS for 15 years. I have two children of my own (15 and 13). I love to play the drums and I even teach the FR Panther Marching Band Drumline.
