Face Covering Requirements/Exemption Information

On July 1, 2020, the Secretary of Health issued an Order requiring all individuals to wear a face covering when they leave their home unless they have a medical or mental health condition or disability that precludes the wearing of a face covering.  This Order also applies for when students are in school and while riding the school bus.  CLICK to read more...

FRMS Instructional Options for 2020-21

Franklin Regional Middle School will offer three instructional models for students under Pennsylvania's Green/Yellow phases which include a daily physical return for five days a week, a Hybrid option or a full Online model through the Franklin Regional Online Learning Academy (FROLA). Parents are asked to register their middle school child using the NEW form located on the main district web page prior to Friday, August 14, 2020. Curriculum Committee Meeting Notice

The Franklin Regional Board of School Directors will hold a Curriculum Committee meeting on April 27, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. In compliance with the guidance of Governor Tom Wolf’s Declaration of Emergency, the meeting will be online only. The link to the meeting agenda will be available for review on the District’s website 48 hours prior to the meeting.



Public comments including the sender’s name and home address should be sent to dwolf@frsdk12.org prior to Noon on April 27, 2020. All written public comments will be made part of the agenda; the District will redact the sender’s personal email address from the public agenda and minutes (max. 500 words/4-minutes public comment). The meeting will be recorded for the public to review and a link to the recording will be placed on the District’s website under the School Board tab on the District’s main page.
