Parent/Guardian K-12 Online Learning Survey for 2021-22 (Due 6/11/21)

For the 2021-2022 school year, Franklin Regional School District will offer two learning environments. The first will be fully in-person five days a week. Please note that we will be able to accommodate ALL K-12 students in person for the next school year. The second option will be a fully online synchronous environment five days a week. There will be no hybrid option offered.

All students are assumed to be returning to school for in-person learning unless this form is completed.

Please complete this form if you would like your child to be enrolled in a fully online synchronous learning environment for the entire 2021-2022 school year. If you have more than one child, please complete the survey again for each additional child.

K-8 Chromebook & Device Collection Plan

K-8 Chromebooks/Devices and chargers should be turned in to homeroom/classroom teachers on/before Friday, June 4, 2021. Online students should turn theirs in to the office of their home school on/before Thursday, June 10, 2021. FRMS Instructional Options for 2020-21

Franklin Regional Middle School will offer three instructional models for students under Pennsylvania's Green/Yellow phases which include a daily physical return for five days a week, a Hybrid option or a full Online model through the Franklin Regional Online Learning Academy (FROLA). Parents are asked to register their middle school child using the NEW form located on the main district web page prior to Friday, August 14, 2020.
